What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? Who shall bring any charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us.

Here are a couple of helps specific to Romans 8:31 - 39.
First, talk about the questions we ask.
- Questions are usually asked to get information. You can play 20 questions with your family.
- Sometimes questions are asked to make a point. An example of this when someone asks questions like "Are you really going to wear that outside this house?" The person asking doesn't want to know your answer. They are trying to tell you "Please, don't wear that outfit today." The question in Romans 8:31 "If God is for us, who can be against us?" is asked to remind us that no one can successfully be against those who trust in the Lord. Who can make an accusation stick? Because as we learned earlier, God is working all things for his glory and our good.
