Today's Lesson for the kids focused on the question:
"What is the Church?"
It’s NOT a building but PEOPLE who meet together to worship God.
Emmanuel Baptist Church wants to
honor God by helping people:
- LOVE GOD - We can do this through praying, singing, serving, reading the Bible and obeying. (PRAYING & GIVING)
- LIVE OUT GOD’S WORD - We learn God’s Word to live it out and share with others. Ephesians 4:11,12 is a great passage to to remember. (GROWING)
- LOVE OTHERS - We can serve others, make cards to encourage, help others and spend time together. (GIVING & SHINING)
