The Toledo police Department would like to thank Boyd's Retro Candy Store for donating the candy we'll be handing out Friday at the Franklin Park Mall's Trick or Treat for Tots event for children 6 & under.
Officers will be out there from 10 a.m. to noon. Bring your little goblins and have some fun.
