Sorry for getting this out later than I was planning to.
Here are some things to remember for this weekend!
- Plan to be in your classroom at least 15 minutes before the start of the service (5:45 or 10:15)
- All kids will check in at the beginning at the kiosk!
- All 1st through 3rd graders will be in the service with their families
- Some kids kindergarten and younger may go into the service for the first 15 to 20 minutes for the Christmas Carols and Christmas Reading.
- With the kindergarten and younger class you can do a craft or activity. You might want to do something that kids can take home and do with their families.
- Possible activities could be sing Christmas Carols or watch the Christmas stories on the Jesus Storybook Bible DVD, which are in the classrooms or the resource room.
- There is going to be a special 15 to 20 minute Christmas puppet presentation for the kids after this opening time. It will be in the Children's Chapel. Someone will come and get your class for this time.
- Finally there will be a 25 to 30 minute classroom time with the kids.
- There is going to be a Christmas gift for the kids from EKIDZ ministry.
