You will grow in Christ-likeness as you depend upon God (Proverbs 3:5, 6)

You will grow bitter as you try to do things in your own strength with your own expectations (James 4:1)
As the pastor of family ministry, I want to help families, parents and children grow in godliness. The foundational truth I want to always remember is Romans 1:16. The Gospel is the power of God for salvation. It is only through the gospel and the grace of God that we are saved and grow in this life. There is no guarantee that if we use the right curriculum or choose the right school that our children will automatically be saved and growing in Christ. The amount of God's grace is need to saved a child from a Christian home or a non-Christian home.
REMEMBER: God sent a Savior not a system for raising a child.
