Our Desire

Every Sunday, every child will be taught  Biblical truth that every home can use for family discipleship.

Kids and adults need to understand their greatest need is Jesus Christ.  We want to present the Bible in a way that makes God and Jesus Christ the heroes.

Intentional discipleship marks our children’s ministry.  Our

building, planned times in the service, curriculum selection, online

resources and especially our teachers have been selected to help families be intentional in the discipleship of their children.

Discipleship is a key element of Emmanuel Baptist Church’s mission.  We want to glorify God by making  disciples who are submitted to His lordship, grounded in His teaching and sincere in His love.  We have

simplified this statement for kids by stating that a disciple loves God, lives out the Bible and loves others.

Zeal for God and His glory is what we desire to see in the children and families we minister to. While we were enemies of God he loved us and sent His Son to die for us.  (Romans 5 ).  Titus 2:14 states that Jesus Christ gave himself to save us and to purify for himself a people zealous for good works.

Every Kid is Intentionally Discipled and Zealous for God.
